How far is the beach?
The beach is 150 metres away, a two-minute walk: you will not need the car to get to the sea.
How do I get to Casa Sardina?
The day before you arrive we send you a link to a step-by-step guide: photos of the route to your parking space and to the front door, plus instructions for letting yourself in. There is no one to meet and no keys to collect.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. If the apartment is free we are happy to let you in earlier: write to us a few days before you travel and we will see what we can do.
Is the final cleaning charged separately?
No, the final cleaning is already included in the booking price. There is no supplement to add.
Where can I park?
A reserved parking space in a private area comes with the apartment, included in the booking at no extra cost. It is marked in the guide we send you before you arrive.
Can I rent bicycles nearby?
Yes. The nearest rental is La Ciclofficina di Gianfranco, about 1.5 km from the apartment. It is worth booking ahead, especially in mid-August around the Ferragosto holiday.

On the second floor, in a building without a lift: two flights of stairs up from the entrance. Worth keeping in mind if you travel with heavy luggage or a pushchair.
Are pets allowed?
No, we are not able to host pets. It is a deliberate choice, so that every guest, including anyone with allergies, finds the apartment at the same standard of cleanliness.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato bibite fresche, un contorno di verdure in congelatore e tante cosine per la colazione (tutti piccoli extra). Pulizia, parcheggio auto, servizi e posizione top! In casa non manca nulla, torneremo di sicuro!

L'aria condizionata era accesa, nel frigo c'erano bottiglie d'acqua, nel ripiano, oltre al bollitore e al forno a microonde, c'era una macchinetta per il caffè con cialde, poi marmellate, bustine di tè, di tisane, di zucchero. Un ampio terrazzo con tavolo e divanetto, lavandino con lavatrice, detersivi e stendino. Il parcheggio privato veramente TOP!! Vicinissimo al mare. Il proprietario gentilissimo!! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Alice · ItaliaJune 2026 Struttura accogliente, e dotata di ogni comfort. Ha inoltre un balcone spazioso con tavolo, divano da esterno, stendi abiti, lavabo e lavatrice. Si trova a due passi dal mare e se avete a disposizione delle biciclette potrete percorrere con più facilità il lungomare.
